Welcome!! I appreciate you taking the time out of your busy day to get to know me a little more. My name is David Conde Jr: A Licensed Florida Real Estate Agent, REALTOR of Broward/Palm Beaches/St.Lucie, and a Florida International University Alumni.
Growing up in South Florida for the last 28 years has given me the ability to understand, experience and appreciate the various communities and lifestyles that each city has to offer. Whether you are looking for a house on the water to enjoy the “Salt Life,” a farm to raise
animals, an investment to grow a business, or a home to build a family, South Florida has a place for you. With years of working in an industry of customer service, I am dedicated to holding myself to the highest level of integrity, demonstrating altruism, and always providing my best self. My tenacious and confident character allows me to always fight for what is right. I am a firm believer of collaborating with successful resources to get any job done. Life is all about surrounding yourself with great like-minded professionals that treat you like family and that is what our team is all about.
